The farm Fazenda Tulha is in the middle of a generational change, the son Vitor Nicolau is taking over the operation and under his leadership many new ideas are coming to life on how to move a coffee farm into the future. He has converted a tenth of the farm into organic specialty coffee production and has had 10 years to show the rest of the family that ecology in combination with specialty coffee can work.
Vitor creates his own compost and grows intercrops between the rows of coffee. The farm also has conservation areas, enriched annually with the planting of native trees.
Roasted in Trollhättan. We send coffee that has rested up to two weeks after roasting when available, and roasts to order when needed. We send coffee within a week of ordering. In Sweden, shipping is included on orders over 1kg.
